Clean Diesel Retrofit Applications
Transit and shuttle buses, generator sets, portable lighting systems, APUs, TRUs and underground mining equipment form our initial application focus.
Retrofits of existing diesel systems are an excellent opportunity to reduce emissions and fuel consumption while improving the environment.
Target applications for the DPRS are focusing on retrofit opportunities of existing engines in both on-road and off-road applications.
On-Road applications include transit and shuttle buses, fleets, and Transportation Refrigeration Units (TRU) for trucks. Off-Road applications include construction equipment, generator sets, portable lighting systems and underground mining equipment.
Clean Diesel System Testing & Verification
DPRS has been field tested for a variety of applications including transit buses, shuttle buses, generator sets and on engine dyno test setups.
Currently, DPRS is undergoing durability tests on a school bus. Also the plans are underway to apply for CARB verification for both on-road and off-road applications.
